Typed copy of two reports of Auctions by Mr Joseph Scholfield from the Stockport Advertiser
(a) to be held on 26th February 1820 at the house of Mr Charles Higginbotham at the sign of the Stag's Head, "Freehold buildings to be sold by Auction" giving information on individual properties and The New Inn, all situated on Longhurst Lane.
(b) to be held on 8th July 1820, a similar advertisement for sale of public house, shop and other premises - The New Inn.
