Response and further evidence by Townslciffe Lane resident in August 1994. Draft report in response to letter from Stockport Legal Services in 1994. <br />3. Correspondence from Stockport Legal Services with reference to the above reports.

Court Case : Derbyshire CC v Frederick C Arkwright : Longhurst Lane
Five typed pages with interesting details extracted from the Court Case brought by Derbyshire County Council against Mr Frederick Charles Arkwright regarding road repair liability. This affected that part of the township of Mellor known as Longhurst Lane on the road from Hayfield to Marple Bridge. The Council claimed that Mr Arkwright was liable with other owners for repairs.
