2. 1920 : Counterpart to land lease with plan : F Arkwright to George Griffiths : Old Hall Lane to Occupation Road
3. 1926 : Copy letter from E Furniss, Land Agent to Arkwright’s to S R Clay of Beechwood, Marple re permission to use the private road from Mellor to Marple
4. 1934 : Copy letters from S Moss, Captain of Mellor & Townscliffe Golf Club regarding the re surfacing of Gibb Lane.
5. 1925 : Agreement with map between G W Green & G T Griffiths re right to drainage between Red Row Land and Old Hall Lane to Occupation Road.

8. 1925 : Conveyance between R A Arkwright and RDC of Hayfield. Concerning water supplies to Gibb Lane area & Primrose Cottage, Tarden. Links to agreements made in 1895 between J Jowett & F C Arkwright. With Map
9. 1924 : Indenture with plan between R A Arkwright & G W Green on Red Row. On death of W Green this passed to his wife Minie 1956.
10. 1921 : Lease with map between F C Arkwright to C W Coe situated road from Marple Bridge to Mellor known as Old Hall Lane close to Red Row.
11. 1948 : Lease with plan between P Woodhouse & Marple UDC of land on the Cheshire side of River Goyt lying between LMS & LNE joint railway line and river Beechwood leading to Bottoms Bridge. Council to use this land for authorized tipping.
12. 1963 : Deed of Grant with map between E A Hudson, G H Robson & S Sewart in respect of land from Mellor Mill and Lodge to Roman Bridge Lake. Entitlement to right of way over Low Lea Road and to keep it in good repair.
