Hand drawn map showing layout of Springwater Mill at Turflee from 1872 from O.S. Scaled 1" - 14 yards showing pond, tanks, chimney.
Also typed notices of sales of land or property:-
(a) 1904 Lot 3 all that close of land known as the Far Pasture Field and the plot of land formerly used as a reservoir at Turf Lee in Marple. And also all the buildings formerly used as a Bleach Works
(b) 1936 sale by auction at the Springwater Print Works of all stock in trade, machinery, utensils, etc. for the printing of calico
(c) 1949 sale by auction of Springwater Mill at Turf Lee, now used as a bleach works.
