Particulars of the 27 lots to be sold which include stone built cottages, detached residence, semi-detached houses, ground rents and land around Winnington Road, off Station Road, Marple.
Also 2l pages of A4 typed information on deeds relating to Enoch Tempest Reference number and brief description of deeds date and people involved.
Dating from 1898 to 1909 these deeds were relating to purchase of land in the Marple Area, rental charges, leases and other miscellaneous legal matters. Typed in 2013 ( Souce unknown; found in box file)
