3. Newspaper cuttings :
(a) Demolition of unique landmark at Marple
(b) Marple slum clearance inquiry, 1936
4. Correspondence in 1938 between Mr Simister of the L & NE and L.M.S Railways and M Burdass regarding the partial demolition of Stone Row. It was made clear in the reply that only part of Stone Row belonged to the Railway Company and that section had been demolished. Correspondence donated 2024.
