b. Large architect drawing for proposed new 54 bed nursing home on site of derelict former isolation wing, project title "Marple Dale Care Home on Dale Road, Marple". Plan drawn up by Bowker Sadler for their clients The Mount House Limited in 2003.
Plans show north and south elevations with highlighted points including dropping off points, side elevation. Schedule of Material.
