Bequests were made to his wife Elizabeth, his brother John, his sister Mary Isherwood, his friend and relation Henry Legh and various other friends and servants. His brother Thomas was made sole Executor and received all household goods, chattels, plate, jewels, linen, books, horses, cattle and husbandry ware.
