2. Handwritten schedule of the estate belonging to a Farm called the Lum House belonging to J C Worsley Esq. in the tenure of William Bowler 1820's
3. Photocopy of Newspaper article from Stockport Advertiser dated 25.1.62. entitled "Distantly related to the Churchills" with photograph of Mrs Churchill Eaton in one of her bedrooms at Lumm House.
