(a) Leaflet promoting Community Open Day at The Ridge College May 1991 with map of the campus, list of displays and demonstrations.
(b) Booklet "The Marple Maypole" Programme of Events as part of the Community Arts Festival 10th 18th May 1991. .
(c) Miscellaneous newspaper cuttings from various publications relating to Ridge Danyers College, later Cheadle & Marple College and the protests at its demolition:-
1973 : New Marple Ridge school to combine Marple Secondary Boys’ School (The Willows) and Woodville Secondary Girls’ School and to open next September
1994 : ‘Sixth form colleges could merge’ -Margaret Danyers College at Cheadle Hulme and Marple’s Ridge College
2011 : ‘Hundreds of residents besieged Marple Area Committee over possible sale of Hibbert Lane campus to supermarket chain Asda
2013 : Stockport Borough Council refuse plans to build supermarket on Hibbert Lane site but approve plans for a store on Chadwick Street car park.
2015 : Work started to refurbish and extend the buildings on the Buxton Lane site of the Sixth Form College
2017 : ‘Dream homes prove popular’. Chatsworth Grange is on the former grounds of Ridge Danyers College.
