Marple Area Committee documents relating to a proposed modification to the right of way on footpath 160 & 161 (which leaves Strines Road, passes Lum House and crosses the Roman Bridge) with objections and conclusions : July 2001.
Progress report from Marple Area Committee : 3rd Sep 2001
Further report with location map dated 24th April 2002 in which the conclusion reached is that to protect the bridge and its users, a permanent traffic regulation order should be made.
Notification from BT to Director of Planning & Architecture, Stockport MBC, 13 Aug 2001, re the receipt of a request to remove the public telephone kiosk adjacent to Rock Tavern, Glossop Road, Marple Bridge.
