Photocopy of Derbyshire Local Education Authority agreement for a minor scholarship at New Mills County Secondary School addressed to the parents of Florence May Heath. 1932. Signed by her parent in the presence of head teacher at Mellor Council School, agreeing to keep her at the school in regular attendance until she reached the age of sixteen. Failure to meet this condition would require three pounds to be paid.
