Photocopy of Indenture between Richard Alleyne Arkwright of Broadway in the County of Worcester, the vendor and Abigail Yeates, the wife of John Yeates, Furnaceman of Lane Head Farmhouse, the purchaser. A sale had been agreed at a price of £300 for the dwelling house known as Lane Head Farmhouse Longhurst Lane Mellor, with the outbuildings, yard, gardens and appurtenances belonging, dated 3rd July 1924.
