Photocopy of letter dated 1972 from the Clerk of the Council to Mr Stott with regard to a proposal to build a bungalow on land at the front of and adjacent to the Lime Kilns. The letter states that ‘any proposal for developing the frontage land for residential purposes completely nullifies the expensive reclamation works proposed for the Lime Kilns themselves’.
